Laura is a gift 💜 She is a gentle but powerful healer, helping you to be free and also guiding you to become your own healer. Through both her coaching and energy healing she will help you identify and release what’s holding you back or what you’re holding onto no matter how deep it feels or how long you’ve been holding onto it. From our first session I felt instantly comfortable sharing my story and energy and I immediately felt the heaviness start to release. During my work with her over the past year I have become lighter, I feel emotions I had not ever felt before, and I feel guided by a higher source. I am more connected to what I want and I feel empowered to bring it into my life - I even took a seven week trip on my own to a foreign country because I have always wanted to do that but always had millions of reasons why I couldn’t or shouldn’t ! Often the sessions and especially the energy healings are so powerful that they continue into my dreams for several nights. Between sessions I find myself with deep insights, identifying and releasing old patterns and energies and finding new tools to heal myself.
