Intro To Healing Offer
This time of year can have many people feeling sluggish and not necessarily in the highest vibration. This package is designed to assist with the transition of seasons and self cycles and shifts. I wanted to put a few sessions together that could really help to kickstart or reboot your journey to discovering and uncovering your authentic self. This package includes:
1 x 30 minute meet and greet clarity call/consult - it is a good time for us to ask each other questions and see what your goals and intentions are.
2 x 1:1 Private 60 minute Sessions with me as your coach and guide

1 x Customized Meditation just for you.
All will be done live/virtually over video call and includes support from me along the way. You will be given a little soul work and can work at your pace. I use zoom and other digital video calling tools to hold our sessions so we can connect face to face without. having to be in the same room... or same country!

Welcome to my website! I believe in the power of authenticity and stepping into our truth. For years, I felt like I didn't have a voice, but now I proudly embrace who I am and the importance of accountability. Love is the secret ingredient that fuels my work.
Throughout my life, I've experienced many ups and downs, and I wanted to make sure that everything I went through had a purpose. I've learned valuable lessons that have helped me grow and taught me the importance of loving myself unconditionally.
I've accumulated numerous qualifications and diagnoses, but I've always known that I was different and wired differently. I believe that we all have untapped power within us, waiting to be unleashed. We have the ability to heal our physical bodies and rewire our beliefs.
